• Visit https://vroom.truevirtualworld.com or open the True VROOM app on your device.
• Click on Start an Instant Meeting to start a meeting or click on Create a meeting for later to schedule a meeting for later

1. Where is the meeting invitation link to share with others?

1. Click on Share-link next to the meeting ID
2. A pop-up window will appear
3. To share a meeting click on Copy link or click on Share via email

2. How do I share my screen?

1. Click on Share screen
2. Choose the screen that you want to share
3. Click Share

3. How do I mute attendees?

1. Click More Menu at the bottom right of the screen
2. Click on Participant list
3. Find your name on the participant and click on More Menu to find the option to Mute everyone else

2. Check to see if the Microphone and Speaker are connected
3. Click Play a test sound to check your device audio
